Weed has hampered many sessions but it seems worst after high-tide so there have been some decent fish caught. In particular there's still plenty of Smoothhounds to be had from Selsey's West Beach, particularly after dark to crab baits. Most are up to the 10lb mark but there are reports of a few to 18lb.

Elsewhere it's a mixture of Bass, Bream and Pout keeping anglers interested with the occasional Thornback Ray.
